1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing Bloom Health Period Tracker (the “App”), a mobile application provided by Bloom Health LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the App. By creating an account or using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User‑Generated Content

The App allows you to create, upload, store, and share text, images, or other materials (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by uploading or sharing it through the App, you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, store, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App and providing the services you request. You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that it does not infringe any third‑party rights or violate any applicable law.

6. In‑App Purchases & Subscriptions

Certain features of the App are available via one‑time in‑app purchases or recurring subscription plans (collectively, “Purchases”). All Purchases are processed by the relevant application marketplace (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play) and are governed by that marketplace’s terms and payment policies. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change without notice. Subscriptions will renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription via your marketplace account settings. We do not sell physical goods through the App.

Free Trial:
We may offer a free trial period of seven (7) days for new subscribers. Unless you cancel before the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to the selected paid plan, and the applicable fee will be charged to your marketplace account. Only one free trial per user is permitted.

Subscription Plans:
"Premium monthly" – auto-renewing monthly subscription at $8.99/month;
"Premium yearly" – auto-renewing yearly subscription at $79.99/year.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including but not limited to its name, logo, design, graphics, trademarks, service marks, and all related intellectual‑property rights, are the exclusive property of Bloom Health LLC. Except as expressly authorized by us, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our intellectual property.

8. Feedback

We welcome your feedback and suggestions. However, we will not use or publicly disclose your feedback, suggestions, or ideas for commercial purposes without obtaining your prior written consent or providing appropriate credit or compensation, as mutually agreed.

9. Health Disclaimer

The App is intended for general wellness and informational purposes only and does not provide medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional healthcare diagnosis, treatment, or guidance. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding your health.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time and for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. Sections 7, 9, 11, 12, and 14 will survive termination.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloom Health LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as‑is” and “as‑available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia (country), without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tbilisi, Georgia, to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms or your use of the App.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms within the App or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
