• Device means any Apple Watch device that can access the Application.
• Service refers to the Application.
• You means the individual using the Application.

Data Collection and Use

15•30 PadelScore does not collect any personal data.

The Application:

• Does not require user accounts or registration
• Does not collect names, email addresses, identifiers, or contact information
• Does not use analytics, tracking technologies, or advertising frameworks
• Does not access location, health, motion, or sensor data

Local Data Storage

The Application stores the following data locally on Your Apple Watch only:

• Match scores
• Match history
• Game settings (scoring mode, number of serves, total points)

This data never leaves Your device, is not backed up to external servers, and is not shared with the Company or any third parties.

Tracking and Advertising

The Application does not use advertising and does not participate in tracking activities.

• No AppTrackingTransparency (ATT) requests
• No IDFA or similar identifiers
• No third-party analytics or attribution tools

Payments

The Application may be offered as a paid app through the Apple App Store. All payments are processed exclusively by Apple. The Company does not receive or store any payment or billing information.

Children’s Privacy

The Application is suitable for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children or adults.

Data Retention and Deletion

All data created within the Application is stored locally on the device.

When the Application is deleted from the device, all associated data is permanently removed.

Security

Because the Application operates fully offline and does not transmit data, the risk of data exposure is minimized. All data remains under the User’s control on their personal device.

The Application does not contain links to external websites or third-party services.
